BLive has a replacement policy for its customers in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in the product while delivery.
The replacement policy is applicable only in case of any damage during transportation or manufacturing defects.
The customer needs to raise a ticket with [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product
Post our approval on a mail the bike or component shall be packed to be shipped.
The item should be packed properly in the same box, it must be unused, free from dust and scratches, and in the same condition that you received. This includes a full bike or components. If the bike incurs damage during transit due to inadequate packaging, the customer will have to bear the cost.
The product or component will be replaced within 12-15 working days of delivery, post-inspection by the seller.
The respective seller will bear the cost of logistics.
BLive does not have a refund policy. Goods ones sold will not be refunded.
