The Svitch XE e-bike is a stylish and versatile foldable electric bicycle that can fit inside the boot of your car. Its hybrid build is suitable for terrains of all kinds and is powered by a Lithium-ion battery with a 250W motor, Shimano 1x-7 speed drivetrain gears, and pedal-assist modes.
Build
This flexible electric bicycle is built on a unique folding frame made of Aluminum 6061 Alloy and weighs around 24kg, including the battery. A metal lever is used to fold the frame from the middle and requires no help from additional tools.
Battery
The Svitch XE is equipped with a 11.6Ah removable Lithium-ion battery that’s safely concealed inside the top tube of the frame. It is detachable and can cover up to 60-65 km on throttle and hikes up to 80kms km with pedal assist. . The package comes with a 3A, 48v charger which takes 3.5-4 hours to top the basic variant.
Motor
The bike comes equipped with a powerful 250W, BLDC rear hub motor that offers a torque of 50 nm. The BDLC rear hub motor boosts the performance of your bike significantly and you can glide through the roads at a top speed of 25km/hr and the speed can be increased using a pedal-assist feature simultaneously.
Brakes and safety
The stopping power is handled by mechanical disc brakes at both ends. This helps in offering powerful braking for your bike even if you are travelling at a high speed. This means improved safety due to better control of your bike.
Comfort – Gear and tyres
The 20” x 4” tyres come from Chaoyang and are heavily treaded and fast-rolling, making them ideal for both rough and smooth roads. They are also protected from dirt and rain with mudguards Itis a dual-suspension bike to ensure that riding is smooth irrespective of the terrain. The stock saddle is wide and well-cushioned to provide a sore-free and enjoyable riding experience. The bike is equipped with a 1×7-Speed Shimano Altus drivetrain that helps in decreasing the efforts required in pedalling. It is ideal for exercises and also assists you to pedal effortlessly in case the battery runs out in the middle of a ride.

The bike comes with a 2 years warranty for the frame and a 1-year overall product warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty for 1 year.
