About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with the below criteria
who has developed a successful career in business development, experienced in B2B sales and
who has a demonstrable track record of delivering against revenue targets through their
innovative sales skills.


You are required to:

• New Account Development & Key Account Management
• Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
• Take the Outbound Marketing Initiative to gather leads.
• Create client presentations, and proposals, and-coordinate quarterly business reviews.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level executives
• Explore opportunities, upsell and leverage business from new and established customer
relationships
• Drive revenue growth & pipeline in strategic and Enterprise accounts
• Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending
opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
• Understand the EV market and ecosystem and develop the associated partnerships.

You must have:
• Post Graduation or MBA
• 5 – 6 Years of Business Development / B2 B Sales experience.
