About the role:
This role would be part of the B2B/ Enterprise Sales team. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & reporting.
We expect you to:
- Business development and sales for B: Live Enterprise EV Solutions.
- New customer acquisition through inbound, and outbound calls and email reach out.
- Research for identifying key players and generating interest audience.
- Data mining and conversion of leads through various marketing and advertisement channels.
- Tracking leads and monitoring lead conversion ratio.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Operations and Reporting.
- Routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for development and closure.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned solutions and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience
- Prior experience in inside sales, sales coordination, and inbound/outbound calling is a must
- Experience of having worked with Corporates/Institutions in the past
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Should be proficient in MS Office
- Should be able to operate on CRM software
