Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at B:Live, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible
for expanding our EV Store network, generating high-quality leads, managing our lead management
system, and overseeing various digital communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Network expansion lead generation:
- Plan and implement lead generation campaigns, utilizing various digital marketing channels such
as social media advertising, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). - Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies to increase lead quality
and quantity.
Lead Management System:
- Manage and maintain our lead management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead
information. - Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with the necessary insights and support for
effective lead nurturing and conversion.
Cloud Communication Platform Management:
- Oversee the management of cloud communication platforms (e.g., chatbots, customer support
systems) to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing strategies to communicate promotions, updates, and
valuable content.
Website Management:
- Ensure the Store Locator page and Franchise page on our website are up-to-date and userfriendly.
- Collaborate with the web development team to improve website functionality, user experience,
and overall design.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in the Automobile sector.
- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud communication platforms and customer engagement tools.
