About the role:
This role focuses on managing and expanding the B:Live Dealer franchisee network while driving sales of
EV through our channel partners. The Business manager must plan and execute a sales strategy to grow the business in the allocated territory. Managing the partners and ensuring business growth, issue resolution and efficient store operations is key to success in this profile.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Network expansion
a. Identify and shortlist potential dealers
b. Discuss and explain the Franchisee program with ROI, Commercials and FAQs
c. Coordinate the setup of the store with the central team and partner induction
Franchisee management and dealer operations
a. Stock ordering, inventory management
b. Store staff training, maintain store operations hygiene
c. Sales reporting and DMS software updating
Driving business development
a. Local marketing activation with Franchisee partner
b. Tie-up with B2B customers (SMEs, Fleet operators, delivery agents, logistic cos)
We expect you to have:
- Strong Sales capability, ability to identify and create sales opportunities
- Good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in local language
- Confident with numbers and analytical skills, should be well versed in excel and Office.
- Be prepared to travel across the geography
Qualification:
- Post-Graduation or MBA
- 3-5 years of retail sales experience
- Experience in the Automobile Industry
